Dear Bolin,

I informed John Grimm that he had full authority to disclose that I'm indeed alive; I hope you can forgive that I'm confirming it through a letter. But I dearly desire that you know what an impact you had upon me in the short time of acquaintance. You're a stalwart, good-hearted young man, and you'd be shocked to know how few of those there are in the world. I have been proud to know you, and prouder still to have the opportunity to name you a champion of my city.

Would you be at all interested in going on a winter roadtrip, heading out on the 4th? Just for a short few days. I’ve invited yourself, Harry Potter, John Grimm, and my daughter. It feels strange to write that last, but... the drabwurld is nothing but strange. I'll save elaborations for when I've the opportunity to see you again with my own two eyes.

No business. That’s an order. Just goofing off. Camp cooking. Snowball fights. All the best parts of camping and hopefully none of the worst.
